A deposit is payable at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable unless I can re-let the room. If any cancellations are made within 48 hours of the due arrival date, the full room charge will be payable unless I can re-let the room. Payment can be made by cash or cheque. I do not take cards of any kind for payment.

If you have any allergies or special requirements please can you let me know at the time of booking. My two cats have free access to all parts of the house, so if you are allergic to cats this may not be an ideal place for you.
